delivery charge which will be charged at the rates applicable at the date
you place your order and which will be displayed on a page of Our Website before
we ask you to pay. By entering credit card details you agree to the additional
shipping charge being added to your order.
If we owe you money for any reason, we will
credit your credit or debit card as soon as reasonably practicable but, in
any event, no later than 10 days from the date when we accept that repayments

Security of your credit card

Delivery of goods within Australia
We aim to dispatch your Goods within 3 working
days of receiving your order. Please allow 7-10 business days for
delivery. There may be slight variation depending on the postal services in
your area.
Our preferred Carrier is Australia Post
(Express Post and Parcel Post) as they offer prompt delivery and item
tracking. Where Goods are delivered by Australia Post we will email to advise
the tracking number on your parcel.
For security reasons we prefer, wherever
possible to deliver Goods to a business address or to a post office box
address.
Where you specify your home address for
delivery you must ensure that someone is present to accept the delivery.
We do not authorise parcels to be left “safe dropped”.
Where a day or time for delivery is specified
on the order, if any, is an estimate only and ‘time shall not be of the
essence’.
Our shipping rate depends on what item is
ordered and the location within Australia.
Delivery of onsite services
We aim to dispatch a technician on the same day or as close as to booking time as possible. Onsite services are only available in Victoria. Within 30km of Melbourne or Geelong there is no call out fee. However anything greater then 30km of Melbourne or Geelong there may be a call out fee.
Delivery of remote online services
We aim to attend to remote session jobs as soon as possible
according to the booking request or to the package the customer has purchased.
Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within
30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will also pay the return
shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an
incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund
within four weeks of giving your package to the return Carrier, however,
in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period
includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the Carrier
(5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once
we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to
process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
No Fix No Fee
If we determine within the first 15 minutes the issue cannot be solved then there is no fee.
